The sixth installment of the Mahler series by Kenichiro Kobayashi and the Japan Philharmonic is "Symphony of a Thousand," the culmination of KOBAKEN's Mahler performances. (EXTON's first recording) This live recording was performed in May 1998 to commemorate the Japan Philharmonic's 500th subscription concert. While the orchestra, soloists, and chorus each spun out their own luminous "songs," Kobayashi's full spirit under his baton wove the individual sounds together, sublimating them into a symphony of supreme prayer and human love. The flexible, beautiful, and solitary solo voice and orchestra. It is a divine and grandiose moving experience. ＜Eimiko Suga and eight other soloist singers, the Japan Philharmonic Association Chorus, the Musashino Chorus, the Tokyo Boys and Girls Choir and Orchestra, and Kobayashi, who brings them all together. This symphony of a thousand was written on the largest scale ever seen in a symphony. The soprano's high solo as the theme of No. 8, in which she maintains perfect pitch, and the beginning of the chorus at the beginning of the piece, "Come, Holy Spirit, Lord of Creation!
