While the former is still talked about as a milestone in electronica-IDM, this album is literally a collection of non-beat ambient works made in the early stages of his career. In contrast to Brian Eno's ambient music as environmental music, this 2-CD set contains 24 tracks, the extreme north of emotional ambient music that touches the heartstrings of the listener.
