MyslivecekJosef Myslivecek (1737-1781), a composer who also influenced Mozart, was born in the Czech Republic and was active in Italy, and is said to have greatly influenced Mozart, who was about 20 years younger. His music has a clean and bright sound typical of the early classical period. However, it is simple, yet has a lively rhythmic sense and a profound flavor.
