Description:
Born in Aachen, Germany in 1970, Dirk started playing piano at the age of 10 and played keyboards in various synthpop and other bands in his 20s, making his CD debut, but took a break from music in the 2000s. On the other hand, Dirk, who studied electrical engineering as a student and is a businessman leading the development unit of a software company, resumed his musical activities as a solo pianist in 2010. He uploaded his own solo piano compositions to Soundcloud, which received a great response, and he is now one of the most played solo piano composers on Spotify and youtube. His latest album, Here and Now, is an intimate collection of piano compositions filled with peaceful tunes.
