The Bug Club, a wanderlusting Welsh trio that has been releasing/playing shows incessantly since its inception. The Bug Club is prolific: 10 singles, 2 albums, 2 EPs, 3 albums under a different band name, 2 albums under a different band name, 3 EPs under a different band name, 3 albums under a different band name, 3 albums under a different band name, 3 EPs under a different band name, 3 albums under a different band name, 3 albums under a different band name, 3 EPs under a different band name. and three I don't know how to describe it, as well as an album under a different band name, while playing over 200 gigs a year since 2021.Initially formed with the songwriting core of Sam Willmett (Vo / G), Tilly Harris (Vo / B), and Dan Matthew (Dr), The Bug Club began in 2016 and signed to UK label Bingo Records in the fall of 2020. On their third album, "On The Intricate Inner Workings Of The System," their first release on Sub Pop, the band delivers their signature "modern lovers meets nuggets of garage rock" gritty sound.There, they mix the call-and-response fun of The B-52's with the power chords of AC/DC. They completed this work during a month-long hiatus from live performance, a massive one for themselves.
