Their latest album, *GOTTAGETOUT*, is set to become a Gen Z punk rock anthem, capturing the changes and growth of every member as they break free from their past selves! ■ The Linda Lindas, a four-piece punk rock band from Los Angeles, made headlines when they signed with Epitaph. The band’s name is derived from the Japanese film *LINDALINDALINDA* directed by Atsuhiro Yamashita (a film about high school girls covering The Blue Hearts’ “Linda Linda”), and they have been gaining attention and popularity here in Japan through their appearances at Summer Sonic and Punk Spring, as well as their solo tour in Japan. ■ The band has now signed with Reprise/Warner Records and is releasing their latest album, *GOTTAGETOUT*, which marks their major-label debut. This album reflects the sound of The Linda Lindas’ journey of self-discovery. After building momentum for years through critically acclaimed releases, large-scale tours, and rapidly growing recognition since their debut, the band decided to break away from their familiar routines. They retreated to Palm Springs and Long Beach, gathering in the same room for the first time to write songs collaboratively.
