U.S. rock band "Train" releases their seventh studio album Train, a three-time Grammy award-winning rock band from San Francisco, releases their first new album in two years. Despite 10 million album sales and a string of glamorous awards, the band's last album "California 37" (2012), their sixth, reached No. 4 in the U.S., the highest charting album in the band's history. It showed the band's longevity. This album was produced by Butch Walker (Avril Lavigne, P!NK) as well as the previous album. The lead single "Angel in Blue Jeans" is a hard-boiled love song suited to the dry western air. The music video features the coquettish actor Danny Trejo and actress Hannah Simone, which further enhances the song's worldview. According to frontman Pat Monahan, "The sound we create with Butch Walker fits perfectly with the worldview the band is aiming for," and the song is a solid yet pop-sensitive rock song that only Train can deliver.Other passionate messages of encouragement for life, as seen in the title track "BulletproofPicasso," are packed throughout the album, and the band's attempt to connect with their audience spiritually is evident throughout the album.
