Sechles' Beautiful Piano Pieces and Lieder There are many musicians and composers who were victims of Nazi persecution, and Bernhard Sechles (1872-1934) is one of them. Sekulés was the best-known composer of his generation during his lifetime and was extremely important on the German classical music scene. He was also the director of the Hoch Conservatory for 10 years and devoted himself to the training of younger generations. His warm humanity is reflected in his music, and he left behind many works full of vitality. In this album, pianist Nemtsov and soprano Golsteyn, who have been recording a series of works focusing on unknown composers, perform Sechles' 18 song cycles and works for piano. King International
