Formerly held in Salzburg, the Berlin Philharmonic's Easter Festival has been based in Baden-Baden since 2013. The festival has attracted attention every year as a rare opportunity for the Berliner Philharmoniker to perform operas, which it does not usually have the chance to do. So far, "The Magic Flute" (2013), "Manon Lescaut" (2014), "The Knight of Roses" (2015), "Tristan and Isolde" (2016), and "Tosca" (2017) have been performed, and the 2018 opera production will be "Parsifal". This was his last festival as music director, and he wowed the festival with his overwhelming performance. This video shows the concert with Elina Galancha, the queen of mezzo, as the soloist. The program included "Don Juan" by R.
