Rafael Payare from Venezuela, South America, is one of the most popular conductors in the world today. After studying French horn at "El Sistema," Payare became a member of the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra. Wang is also active as a soloist, releasing the complete Beethoven and Schumann violin sonatas with pianist Charles Richard Amrand. He plays "Life of a Hero" with a truly graceful and sweet tone. The soloist for the Rückert Lieder is the Bulgarian-born Sonia Yoncheva.Yoncheva, who is very active in the opera scene around the world with her beautiful voice, extremely dramatic expressiveness, and flamboyant stage appearance, is a famous singer who has many fans in Japan as well, as she showed during her performances in Japan in July 2022 and September 2023. It is also noteworthy that this opera star Yoncheva is participating for the first time in a recording of orchestral music in German.
