Antonio Samuel Rodriguez, aka "Antonio Smash", a drummer and multi-instrumentalist who has worked with many important bands in the Spanish progressive rock scene of the 70's, including GOMA, FLAMENCO and GRANADA, starting with the pioneer of Spanish psych/andalusian rock, SMASH, is now back with his '25th solo album, "Antonio Smash", from Spain's 5 Lunas Producciones. Antonio Samuel Rodriguez, a.k.a. "Antonio Smash", a drummer and multi-instrumentalist who has played in many important bands in the Spanish progressive rock scene of the 70's such as GAMENCO and GRANADA, has released his solo album from 5 Lunas Producciones in Spain in 2013! The album expresses his inner feelings as a counter to today's anger-filled society through his music, and includes the title track, which is a catchy yet twisted pop sensation, and the second track, which is a song about a man who is trying to make his own way in the world,The album features songs such as "A la vuelta de la esquina," a flamenco interpretation of a fusion sound with a pianist/guitarist as a guest performer, and is a testament to his versatility in composition and arrangement.
