Glen Campbell, the great singer/songwriter, guitarist, songwriter, and singer of the Wrecking Crew, a group of LA session musicians who had many hits in the 1960s and 1970s with The Beach Boys, The Monkees, The Byrds, and The Association, among others. The national star, who also had many hits as a singer, has re-imagined "Ghost on the Canvas," which he released in 2011 as his final farewell album after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, together with a host of other great artists. All of the songs are original compositions by Glen Campbell and producer Julian Raymond, who also worked with a variety of guests at the time, but this album also features Brian Wilson, Eric Clapton, Carole King, Elton John, Sting, and Eric Church, The album also features Brian Wilson, Eric Clapton, Carole King, Elton John, Sting, Eric Church, and Dolly Parton, all of whom performed duets with Glenn's vocals before his death.
