The long-awaited world premiere reissue of the popular 7" EP by Tony Bizzarro, a singer and songwriter who was active in the Brazilian soul and funk scene. In 1971, he released the album "TONY & FRANKYE" produced by Howl Seixas with his friend Frank Arduini. In parallel, he became one of the leading songwriters in the Brazilian soul/funk scene, participating in many works by Chin Maia, Lincoln Olivetti, Hobson Jorge, and others. Although he sadly passed away in January of this year, 2022, he is still recognized as one of the Brazilian soul legends, adored by the younger generation in recent years. Bizarro's debut album under his own name, "NESSE INVERNO," released in 1977, is still known as a Brazilian funk classic, but this 7INCH was released in 1976, just before that. The contents of this album are excellent.The heavy downtempo funk of "Que Se Faz Da Vida," reminiscent of black splicing, "Nao Vale a Pena," with funky vocals and light cutting, "Como Esta Nao Faz," a melancholy disco song reminiscent of Chin Maia's works, "Sentido," and "Agradeo Amor," with flowing strings. Sentido", and "Agradeo Amor" led by the beautiful strings.... It is extremely difficult to find the original in good condition, so we are very happy to see this reissue.
