Brüchen & the 18th Century Orchestra features Capella Amsterdam, who also sang together in the "B Minor Mass" and "John Passion", as the chorus of the magnificent "Easter Oratorio" celebrating the resurrection of Christ. The soloists assembled for the live performance of the "Easter Oratorio" include Michael Chance, Markus Schaefer, and others, all of whom are highly trusted by Brüchen. Brüchen & the 18th Century Orchestra presented their own interpretation, combining the "Organ Concerto" with the "Easter Oratorio" instead of the "Ascension Day Oratorio".This "virtual" "Organ Concerto" with Peter-Jan Belder as soloist is based on the instrumental movements of two cantatas, BWV.35 and BWV.156, and plays an important role in completing Brüchen's "Easter Oratorio".
