The 10-song album reintroduces Daniel Rossen's soft and beautiful voice, while at the same time allowing him to express himself more freely. A major member of the Grizzly Bear for nearly 20 years and a product of the Brooklyn scene that gave birth to so much talent, Rossen's voice is a beautiful harmony that shines brightly even in the midst of the city's most vibrant and vibrant music scene. For nearly 20 years, he has been a key member of the Grizzly Bear, bringing to the band beautiful harmonies and unique textures that reinterpret the sounds of the early 80's and still shine brightly in the Brooklyn scene, where so much talent was born.Rossen is currently based in Santa Fe, having left Brooklyn for upstate New York. Although Rossen is known as one of the best guitarists on the scene, he took the time to complete the album, playing almost every part on the album himself, including the newly introduced cello and upright bass. Chris Bear, also a member of Grizzly Bear, guested on the track "Tangle. The landscape painted on You Belong There is Daniel Rossen's intuitive and sophisticated examination of youthful passion and enthusiasm, and the sensations that come from being in touch with how the world responded to that passion and enthusiasm.
