Directed, produced, and written by Paul Thomas Anderson, and featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall, and Chase Infinity in the cast, "One Battle After Another" opened in theaters worldwide on September 26, including Japan. The film, which features Leonardo DiCaprio in the cast. In the film, Leonardo DiCaprio plays Bob, a former revolutionary who once caused a stir in the world. Sean Penn, who wears his hair cropped short in the style of G.I., gives a ghoulish performance as he pursues the father and daughter. Benicio del Toro also plays the role of the "sensei" (teacher) of a mysterious karate dojo who appears in Bob's pinch for some reason.In addition to these three Oscar-winning actors, the supporting cast includes Regina Hall, a talented actor whose credits include "The Last Screaming Plan" series, as Bob's fellow revolutionary; Teyana Taylor, a versatile model and director as well as an outstanding singer and dancer, as Bob's wife and the most charismatic revolutionary of them all; and up-and-coming young Chase Infinity, who has been chosen to play Willa, Bob's beloved daughter who is targeted for a certain reason.
