Nineteenth-century Swedish musical life underwent major changes and developments after the reign of Ruhmann and the "patron of the arts," Gustav III. Organ music also played an important role in this process, and composers and church musicians, including musicians such as Vogler and Hefner, who came from Germany, as well as Krusell, who was born in Finland, and one of the most important musicians of the 19th century, France Berwald (Franz Berwald) produced a substantial body of organ works. Organist and musicologist Joonas Lundblad, who recorded "Swedish Keyboardists of the 18th Century Who Played the Organ" (Caprice CAP21928), presents a new album of important works that were performed at the time but are now rarely neglected. Börvald's "Rural Wedding Feast," written for two players, is performed by Ulf Norberg. He also played several pieces, including Norman's "In Memory of August Södermann".Tobias Ringborg, who plays violin in Hegg's "Adagio" and Nätzel's "Romance," is an outstanding performer who began his career with the "Swedish Soloist Award" in 1994. This is the world premiere recording, with the exception of the pieces by Berwald, Behrens, and Wennerberg-Reuter. Tokyo M-Plus
