Born into a musical family, Petsch studied violin at the age of seven at a music school in Magdeburg, but was strongly influenced by the music of Polish jazz violinist Zbignew Seifert, whom he heard on the radio as a teenager. He was released and has since developed a variety of musical styles. Light On" on this album is his masterpiece. The strings and piano are intertwined with a variety of sounds. Naxos Japan
