Produced by Richard Russell, owner of XL Recordings, Ibeyi combines Cuba's folk beliefs of Yoruba culture with modern pop, jazz, electro, hip-hop and more to create a unique musical experience! His father is Miguel "Anga" Diaz, a percussionist who played in the legendary Buena Vista Social Club, one of the most famous Afro-music bands in the world. The exotic 19-year-old (as of 2014) beautiful twin sisters Lisa and Naomi are the sister duo who have inherited their talent. Their single "Oya" was selected as the advertising campaign song for Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter 2014-15 women's collection, and they have attracted a lot of attention not only from the music world but also from the fashion world.
