Louisville, KY singer-songwriter Joan Shelley's fourth album, 2015's "Over and Even," is slowly selling well.The song is produced by Jeff Tweedy of Wilco and features contributions from James Elkington and others, but it remains unchanged, with gentle yet warm vocals that seem to have gently melted out of his own body, and a pastoral acoustic guitar that simply supports the verses. It gently soothes the spiky outcropping of feelings. Of course, this album is also great; a masterpiece that will stay by your side for a decade.
