Formed in 1971 by Jozef Skrzek (bass/keyboards/vocals), Apostolis Anthimos (guitar), and Jerzy Piotrowski (drums/percussion), the band has continued to perform to this day, despite a hiatus and A legendary band representing the Polish progressive rock scene, which continues to perform today despite periods of inactivity. Studio session recordings commissioned by the Warsaw Documentary Film Studio (Wytwornia Filmów Dokumentalnych) in April 1976 are set to be released in 2026 by Poland’s GAD Records! This recording was previously included under the title "SENNYSAD" in the compilation box set *LOSTTAPES VOL. 1*, released by MetalMind Productions in 2005, and this marks its first release as a standalone work. Recorded approximately six months after the sessions for the 1976 album *PAMIEC*—a turning point that established a symphonic direction centered on Hammond organ and synth—this recording features the addition of the Italian-made vintage synth SLM Concert Spectrum, further accelerating SBB’s shift toward a melodic, melody, accelerating their shift toward a fantastical symphonic rock sound. This recording captures SBB during that period and includes "Swiatlowod"—the original version of "Wake Up" featured on 『FOLLOW MY DREAM』—as well as "Ida," which later became "Freedom With Us" with Jozef’s vocals, and "Senny Sad," the original version of the melodic jazz-rock masterpiece "Wolanie O Brzek Szkla" from the 1978 album *SBB (WOLANIE OBRZEK SZKLA)*. Packed with numerous tracks that serve as the seeds of their later work, this is an incredibly valuable document that is a must-listen for any SBB fan! As a bonus track, this release includes session recordings made in March 1976 at the Polish Radio Katowice studio, which were previously included in the 2004 box set *ANTHOLOGY 1974-2004* and the reissue CD of the 1978 album *SBB (AMIGA ALBUM)*.
