Alternative rock duo Ex Magician release debut album on with Beach House! Ex Magician is the new project of Ireland/Dublin-based duo Duddy Todd and James Smith, formerly of Cashier No. 9. Produced by David Holms, the same David Holms who produced Cashier No. 9's 2011 album "The Death of Fun," the album also features songs from their 2015 distribution-only EP "Kiss That Wealth Goodbye." Danny says the sound is a mix of early Captain Beefheart and Add N to (X), and the album features a number of psychedelic, synth-driven numbers.
