Description:
Pioneering producer Mark Pritchard made a big splash with the release of "TALL TALES," his debut album as a duo with Radiohead and The Smile frontman Thom Yorke on Warp Records. With "Under The Sun," Mark Pritchard's first collaboration with Thom Yorke, which includes the song "Beautiful People," he refuses to fit into one genre, as he always does, and that is what gives this album its depth and shade. By incorporating elements of ambient, new wave, avant-garde electronics, and folk that are embedded in his musical DNA, but reimagining them through an otherworldly filter, "Under The Sun" is a work that places itself not in the past but in the future.
