Hologram Teen, a Los Angeles based electro musician with strong influences from the 80's culture, releases his third album in the warm LA weather, featuring tracks from John Carpenter's film "New York 1997", The B-52's "Cosmic Thing", YELLOW MAGIC ORCHESTRA, YES, late SOFT MACHINE, Sega arcade games like "Hang On" and "Outrun", and Commodore 64. The album is a library-music-flavored synth-pop~sound album influenced by John Carpenter's film "New York 1997," The B-52's "Cosmic Thing," YELLOW MAGIC ORCHESTRA, YES, late SOFT MACHINE, and Sega's arcade games like "Hang On," "Out Run," and Commodore 64 that he has enjoyed playing since he was a teenager. The title of the album is a reference to his childhood love of video games. The title was inspired by his favorite game book series as a child, the Fighting Fantasy books.
