Def Leppard is the leader of the NWOBHM movement that emerged in the early 1980s. Their albums "Pyromania" and "Hysteria" have sold more than 10 million copies in the U.S. alone, and it is said that they have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide. Their live archive is now being released, and their album "Euphoria," released in June 1999, debuted at No. 11 on the U.S. album charts and earned a gold disc. The band embarked on a massive world tour, the "Euphoria Tour," which began with an appearance at a rock festival in Wisconsin on May 29, 1999, and continued with 154 shows over the next two years. During this tour, the band performed in Japan for the fifth time from September to October 1999. The concert at Tokyo International Forum on October 2 was recorded and broadcast in Japan for TV programs, and was also broadcast on PBS (USA) and in Europe to promote the tour.This album is a live album based on the sound recordings from the broadcast, and includes the encores and the complete concert. The set list, which includes mainly songs from the new album as well as past representative songs, is a "best of" kind of set list, and the contents are very fulfilling.
