Unlike the pastoral, lyrical jazz fusion music of Pat Metheny's group, the trio spun a wonderful performance of orthodox modern jazz and improvisational interplay between the three talented musicians. Recorded and broadcast for the radio program. This long-awaited release has been remastered following the discovery of the original audio masters recorded and broadcast for the radio program.
