Prince, who celebrates his third anniversary this year, is still one of the most respected and charismatic musicians in the music scene. This is a live album recorded at his concert in Syracuse, NY on March 30, 1985, which was part of his "Purple Rain Tour" from 1984 to 1985 after the release of his mega-hit album "Purple Rain". This was Prince's first video performance and was recorded for a European television program. The former was released in the fall of 1985, and the latter was broadcast in June 1985, but the audio master was never produced. This time, the original master for the TV broadcast has been remastered and is now ready to see the light of day. The concert included 20 songs, including encores, but only 17 were broadcast for the TV program, and since no overdubbing was done, it shows Prince's true ability as a live performer.A bonus disc includes a rare archive of Prince's live performance in Passaic, New Jersey on January 30, 1981, just after the release of his 4th album, "Prince of Fear," which gives an insight into his early live performances. You can get to know Prince's live performance in his early days. Imported domestic version with bilingual English booklet.
