After graduating from Tokyo College of Music, pianist Hideko Sato went to Poland to study at the Chopin Conservatory and the Krakow Conservatory. She continued her studies and activities throughout Europe. However, after returning to Japan, she completely stopped performing in 1995 due to piano dystonia. After a hard struggle, in 2016, she completely regained her original function with a keyboard rehabilitation therapy method she developed, and resumed her performance activities. His debut CD, "De Profundis," is composed of his favorite pieces. Beethoven's "Lamentations" and then the glorious fugue symbolize the progress of Sato's resurrection from the depths of the abyss. ＜Born in Tokyo in 1962, Sato began playing the piano at the age of 3 under the tutelage of her mother, Reiko Sato (1961-1954, piano instructor at Tokyo College of Music under Susumu Nagai). After graduating from the Toho Gakuen School of Music, Tokyo College of Music, and Tokyo College of Music High School, she studied piano at the Tokyo College of Music in 1987, the Minsk Conservatory in 1985, and Poland from 1988 to 1994. In 1990, she gave a recital at the Main Hall of the Krakow Conservatory. 1994-1995: Studied in Toronto. 1994: Diploma of the 4th Cantu International Piano Concerto Competition. Studied with Aiko Iguchi, Dan Tyson, Irina Szyaworova (direct disciple of Genrich Neigaus), Natalia Chomkina (direct disciple of Emil Girelis) and others. Currently, President of HSclassic since 2016; Jury Member of Japan Junior Classical Music Competition since 2016; Jury Member of Tokyo International Piano Competition since 2017; President/Master Class Professor of M&H Music Festival in Pistoia since 2019; Professor of M&H Music Festival in Pistoia since 2022; Professor of M&H Music Festival in Pistoia since 2022; Professor of M&H Music Festival in Pistoia since 2022. Representative of HSclassic International Piano Performance Institute.He has elucidated the cause and treatment of piano dystonia, which is caused by piano practice, and is currently enrolled in the Master's Program in Neurology, Department of Medical Science, Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine (2023-).
