Rob Van Bavel, a leading Dutch pianist who was strongly influenced by Chick Corea, released a piano trio of enchanting ballads, "Time for Ballads-The Maene sessions," in June 2022. This is the second installment of the "Time for Ballads" project. The members are the same as on the first album, but Deborah J. Carter joins as a guest vocalist on one track, and everything piano trio fans are looking for is packed into this album.
