Still Life" is a TV program that vividly blends Eguchi's stylish and seductive illustrations of young girls with music produced by musician/saxophonist Kiyoshi Miyaura. This is the second of three soundtrack CDs, each illustrated by Hisashi Eguchi and Sho Kitagawa, and is the most difficult to find.The underrated Japanese ambient house masterpiece "OFFSHORE DANCE" is sure to appeal to Japanese rarefied and leftfield sensibilities, "IF YOU MISS A GOOD DREAM" is a balmy balearic bossa that brings a cool breeze to your late afternoon, "FEEL TOGETHER" is a euphoric techno-pop/fusion that will make you feel like you're in a YMO box, and "FEEL TOGETHER" is a techno-pop/fusion sung by Kazumi Miyaura. The euphoric techno-pop/fusion "FEEL TOGETHER", a YMO song the size of a Japanese box office, and the jazz vocals of "After the Rain", the theme song of "Still Life", sung by Kazumi Miyaura, are all filled with Latin feeling and high taste. The album is a dreamy masterpiece with a great lineup of sophisticated and modern good songs with a Latin feeling!
