The long-awaited third album "MASKS" by BanksiaTrio, the elite trio of the Tokyo jazz scene, will be released on a completely limited vinyl record (LP)! The BanksiaTrio's third album is a studio recording of the culmination of their live tour in the valley of the pandemic. In addition to the five original songs by the members, seven selected songs from the CD album, which was released on an analog master tape with songs by Masaaki Kikuchi, Nick Drake, and Paul Motian, have been carefully selected and remastered for vinyl. In addition to the richness of overtones from the analog recordings, the hybrid use of high-resolution digital recording technology also achieves an extremely natural and nuanced sonic expression."
