Cut from the original mono masters in 180 grams. The artwork is a faithful reproduction of the original. In addition, the newly included bi-fold insert features an essay by American Beatles scholar/author Bruce Spizer. In addition, the lacquer disc was newly cut by Kevin Reeves at East Iris Studios in Nashville. Mastering NotesThe original master tape was used to cut the analog vinyl. Only the analog signal path was used, always referring to the sound of the original album's earliest pressings.The analog recordings were produced using a Studer A80 master recorder with analog preview and program pass functions, and a Neumann VMS70 cutting machine installed at Capitol Studios in 1971. By using analog equipment for the entire cutting process, it is possible to faithfully reproduce the range and dynamics recorded on the original tapes. ＜Includes a Japanese LP obi design (commonly known as a "national flag obi") with an English translation of the lyrics and English commentary.
