This year marks 44 years since his debut as CHAGE and ASKA and 25 years since Chage's solo debut. In 2023, the anniversary year, Chage will release his long-awaited NEW EP! This new EP is a collaboration between Tomoji Tokawa, composer, music producer, keyboardist, and arranger for CHAGE and ASKA's "SAY YES" and "YAH YAH YAH YAH" double million hits, as well as many other million hit songs such as "TOMORROW" by Mayo Okamoto and "Ai no Uta" by Kumi Koda, and the composer, music producer, and keyboardist, Tomoji Tokawa. This is the first time in 16 years that Chage and Tomoji Tokawa, a composer, music producer, and keyboardist, have worked together since the single "Here&There" released on January 10, 2007 under the name CHAGE and ASKA. The recording and mixing engineer is Hideki Kodera, winner of the Best Global Music Album at the 65th Grammy Awards, and he has created a superb sound for the 25th anniversary album, which sums up Chage's solo activities to date while looking to the future. The album is a summary of Chage's solo career to date, while also looking ahead to the future.The new EP consists of seven songs, including "Happy Absurdity," "Tokyo Tower 25th ver." and a bonus track. The new EP consists of 7 songs including new songs "Happy Absurdity" and "Tokyo Tower 25th ver.", bonus tracks, etc., and includes the video of the birthday live "Chage Billboard Live "64 to 65"" held at Billboard Live Tokyo on January 6 this year.
