The second commemorative release for the 30th anniversary year of ICE's debut is the release of ICE's first 4W albums on analog vinyl. The cover of the 4th album features an impressive close-up of Mayumi Kunioka wearing modern oval sunglasses in a transparent blue case. The ICE sound, which has become more resolved in Miyauchi after the previous three albums, stands out like a movie soundtrack. Unlike the previous three albums, which started with an introductory number, the big hit "GET DOWN, GET DOWN, GET DOWN" is boldly placed at the beginning of the album. I'M IN THE MOOD" and the three interludes "We're In The Mood," "Dub In The Mood," and "Voice In The Mood" are effectively used to create a soundtrack for an urban night.The single "BABY MAYBE" is a model of pop music with a "Motown" like feel, the single "SHINE" is a return to the roots with "Bass Groove" and "Strings Section" in full swing, "DRIVE" has been on many playlists in the recent "City Pop" boom, "NATURAL HIGH" is full of Mayumi Kunioka's sexy rock feel, and "Sweet Soul" is a chorus derived from 60's "Sweet Soul".
