Kururi was formed in 1996 by Shigeru Kishida, Seishi Sato, and Nobuyuki Mori, all members of Ritsumeikan University's "Rock Commune" music circle. This is the 14th original album produced by these members in Izu. This is the first time since their fourth album "THE WORLD IS MINE" released in 2002 that the original members, Shigeru Kishida, Seishi Sato, and Nobuyuki Mori, have gathered in a recording studio to work on new songs. Production work on this album will begin in the fall of 2022. The songs were created by Shigeru Kishida, Seishi Sato, and most importantly, Nobuyuki Mori, and were completed entirely by the three of them, after many times of working to create one from zero, mainly at Izu Studio. The documentary film "Kururi no Eiga," which follows the making of the album, will be released and digitally distributed. Why did Kururi choose to write songs by the three members and how were the songs created? The film closely follows the music production process, which cannot be seen normally, and reveals the reasons and the process.
