Original soundtrack for the TV anime "LUPIN the Third: The Woman Named Fujiko Mine," which aired on Nippon Television from April to June 2012. This new TV series was produced to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the anime adaptation of Lupin the Third, and was directed by Sayo Yamamoto, the first female director in the history of Lupin. She storyboarded and directed each episode of "Samurai Champloo" and made her directorial debut with "Michiko and Hatchin". The character design is by Ken Koike of "REDLINE" and series composition is by Mari Okada of "Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai" ("We Still Don't Know the Name of the Flower We Saw That Day"). The opening theme and music accompaniment will be produced by the same team that produced the film's opening theme and music accompaniment. Naruyoshi Kikuchi will produce the opening theme and accompaniment. The top creators have come together to create a hard-hitting and mature Lupin the Third that is a return to the roots of the series.The original soundtrack by Naruyoshi Kikuchi, which was used to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the film, has finally been released on CD! The CD contains 43 tracks including the opening theme song "Shin Arashi ga Oka" by Naruyoshi Kikuchi and Pepe Tormento Ascarral, featuring a reading by Kazuko Hashimoto, and the ending theme song, NIKIIE "Duty Friend (TV size)", the ending theme song.
