1840. Robert Schumann (1810-1856), who had been in love with Clara for a long time, was allowed to marry her, and perhaps out of sheer joy, he wrote numerous songs. One of the masterpieces of the so-called "Year of Song," "Millete's Flowers," was dedicated to Clara and was presented to her with a bouquet of flowers on the eve of their marriage. In particular, the song filled with overflowing feelings in the first piece, "Dedication," makes an unforgettable impression once you hear it.
