The Beatles' seventh anthology of the Beatles' complete official recordings, in chronological order! A true collection of the complete works, including previously unreleased songs and alternate versions! In 1966, the production of the album "Revolver" began! This is the seventh volume of the grand project to record all of The Beatles' recordings. This popular series of studio recordings by the Beatles, including outtakes and unreleased songs that have not yet been officially released, thoroughly follows the progress of the Beatles in chronological order in sound. The seventh collection is recorded from April 1966, when the band started work on the "Revolver" album. The previous year, the Beatles had enjoyed great success on their live tour at Shady Stadium and other large venues, and the movie in which they starred was also a big hit. The Beatles' popularity as idols exploded, but they remained dissatisfied with their stage activities, where even their own performances could not be heard because they were drowned out by the sound of their own voices. Conversely, after a month in the studio for the "Rubber Soul" album, the Beatles had expanded their range of musical expression by making multiple recordings possible, and it was only natural that their explosive creativity and mindset would gravitate toward studio work rather than live performances with inadequate sound equipment. In addition, the Beatles were sensitive to the beatniks, the flower movement, and the wave of cutting-edge art, fashion, and drug culture that was beginning to float through London. On the second day, "Got to Get You Into My Life," written by Paul, the originator of brass rock, was recorded. George's India-oriented approach came to fruition with "Love You To," which could be called the first raga rock song in the history of pop music. The solid bass sound of "Pay-Per-Back Writer," made possible by advances in recording technology, and "Rain," which featured reverse rotation, were one "1966 rock invention" after another. Furthermore, in "Elinor Rigby," he leaves everything to the accompaniment of a string octet for which George Martin wrote the score, and completes the song without the members playing. This decision was made by the Beatles, whose identity until now had been that of a self-written band. Even if they had experienced the success of "Yesterday," I was surprised at the cleanness of their decision. In the name of music production, the Beatles are truly clever. The production of such a fulfilling "Revolver" is recorded in the order of the recording dates, making this production an experience of how a great album is created. The bonus features two additional songs written by Paul and produced by G. Martin for the score of the 1967 film "The Family Way" (originally titled "The Window Between Us").
