The Bach family's musical evenings, recreated by virtuoso Francesco Corti] Studied under Bob van Asperen in Amsterdam, and has been active in Marc Minkowski's Musique du Palais du Louvre and other groups, Francesco Corti teaches at the Schola Cantorum Basel. The works presented here are mainly from manuscripts that Johann Sebastian Bach was involved with, such as "Music Book for Anna Magdalena Bach," "Clavier Pieces for Wilhelm Friedemann Bach," "Möller Manuscript," "Andreas Bach Manuscript," etc. The contents are mainly from manuscripts that were written by Johann Sebastian Bach and his family. The contents are reproduced in a way that suggests that the Bach family probably enjoyed music in this kind of program. Each work has been verified by consulting as many original manuscripts as possible from the Bach family archives, including the original manuscripts of each work and, for BWV 998, a copy of the autograph score preserved at the Ueno Gakuen School in Tokyo. As a result, the prelude to the French Suite No. 4 was added to the original version, and the minuet, which was suspected of being a forgery, was omitted.Also included is a portion of Kuhnau's "Biblical Sonata," which is said to have greatly influenced Bach's own capriccio, based on the earliest published score in Leipzig in 1700.
