For her first program with Linn, Frederike Saiss has chosen to perform Ysaÿe's "Sonatas for Solo Violin", one of the most famous and difficult pieces of the 20th century. Saiss plays the Guarneri, named after Queen Elisabeth of Belgium, and Ysaye, who taught violin to Queen Elisabeth. The "Sonatas for Solo Violin" by the brilliant Saïs is a special collection of solo violin sonatas closely related to "Ysaÿe. Tokyo M-Plus
