TRANCE is one of the three original German metal bands that followed Scorpions and Accept in the 80's. The band's two early masterpieces are now available for the first time in paperback in Japan! Two of their early masterpieces are being released for the first time in Japan in paper jackets! TRANCE, the oldest German Metal band in the 45 years since its formation, continues to be led by Marcus Berger (g) and Thomas Klein (b), who were the first members of TRANCE. The second album (1983), which includes the classic song "Heavy Metal Queen," a staple of heavy metal disco here in Japan, has been remastered and released in Japan for the first time with a bonus live performance. TRANCE debuted as a supernova of German metal following SCORPIONS and ACCEPT, and sold 150,000 copies in total of their first two albums, but gradually lost their momentum due to label troubles and the rise of POWER/THRASH METAL. The band released "Power Infusion" in 1983, which is one of the greatest masterpieces in the history of German metal. At that time, the band was at its youngest and most energetic, playing 150 shows a year in Germany, Holland, Belgium, and other European countries, opening for ACCEPT, WARLOCK, and others, and accelerating their recognition as a band. The band's talent exploded on the classic song "Heavy Metal Queen"! The album also includes many of the band's classic numbers such as "Rockstar," "Shock Power," "Sensation," and the ballad "Children of Illusion," and is a masterpiece that can be considered one of the best German metal albums in the history of German metal. It is a masterpiece that can be said to be one of the best in the history of German metal.
