Metal Church releases a full live album containing the last of Mike Howe's 2019 shows in Japan, only available in Japan as a complete 2-disc set! Last year, Metal Church released their first new album in 5 years, "Congregation of Annihilation ~Metal Church of Annihilation~" on Rubicon Music, with new vocalist Mark Lopez, and made a successful comeback.This live album is a tribute to Mike Howe, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 55, and includes a complete recording of the "Damned If You Do" tour at CLUB CITTA in 2019, his last show in Japan. The songs are "Blessing In Disguise", "HumanFactor", "Hanging In The Balance", and "XI" and "Damned If You Do", the two albums after the reunion, plus "Blessing In Disguise", "HumanFactor", and "Hanging In The Balance", which Mike joined the band for,This is truly the best of Metal Church, including songs from the two most popular albums of the band's early years, "Metal Church" and "The Dark"! Mike's vocals and performance are in top form! The band is also notable for the solid and powerful playing of Kurt Vanderhoof (g), Rick Van Zandt (g), Steve Unger (b), and Stett Howland (dr), all of whom are as strong as they are today! A tribute to the great legacy Mike left behind,This memorial live album, which is meant to express gratitude to the Japanese fans who have supported Metal Church for a long time, is finally complete overseas with 14 songs plus 2 digitally distributed songs, but at Rubicon Music, we first put the songs back in the set order of the day and, of course, put the bonus tracks in the correct places, so it is a complete live version of over 90 minutes. The Rubicon Music version is the complete live version of the show, exceeding 90 minutes in length. In addition, Mike Howe's studio take (a mix never released in Japan) is included as a bonus. This is a 2-disc set, and the price is the same as the 1-disc set.
