A memorial project for Gan Furusawa's favorite master of film music, composer Ennio Morricone. The Ecstasy Of Gold" from the movie "The Gunman in the Evening Sun," in which a duel scene was filmed to his music. From the movie "Mission," "Gabruel's Oboe," which became a topic of conversation when it was performed on the roof of a hospital to encourage medical workers in Cremona, Italy, famous as the home of the Stradivarius. Along with those pieces, the album also includes a new piece written for this film by Roberto Marino, another Italian composer known for his beautiful melodies and superb arrangements. The Shinagawa Quartet, a wonderful ensemble of Furusawa and a very popular young Japanese string player, will provide the audience with a wonderful performance. The album also includes a cover of "Sacred Man" dedicated to a female employee of Minamisanriku Town Hall who was killed in the Great East Japan Earthquake, an original piece with Kenji Kanamasu, a master tango pianist who also performs on "Violin Night," and "Czardas (2021 Piano ver.)," among many other highlights. The expressive power of the violin and the charm of the string quartet are presented in abundance.
