Description:
An ambitious new recording with the current members of the world-renowned girl metal band BRIDEAR of six songs from their 2013-2016 releases that were frequently performed in live performances. From the works released from 2013 to 2016 by the world-renowned girl metal band BRIDEAR, six songs that are often played at live performances were newly recorded by the current members. This is a work of desire. While retaining the atmosphere of those days, the new album expresses the band's growth into a world-class band, and is full of new charms. Formed in 2012 in Fukuoka as a 5-piece heavy metal band led by KIMI (Vo.) and HARU (Ba.). From the following year to 2017, they released two singles, one mini-album, and one full album. The band started touring Europe with great success, and by 2019, they had toured abroad a total of 5 times for more than 50 tours. The band established its popularity in Europe. In 2019, AYUMI joined as a guitarist and NATSUMI as a drummer, making their major debut with the album "Expose Your Emotions" from avex. They released "Bloody Bride" in 2021 and "AEGIS OF ATHENA" in 2022. Later, MOE joined the band as a guitarist, and expanded their activities to include an appearance at SUMMER SONIC 2022 and an opening act at LOUD PARK 2023. In 2023, they released a live album "AEGIS OF LONDON...LIVE!" in London, and moved their label to IYT RECORDS in Japan. In June 2024, the album "Born Again" was released in Gothenburg, Sweden with Fredrik Nordstrom as producer, and the song "Still Burning" from the album was ranked #42 in the UK Metal Hammer magazine's fan poll of the best songs in the world in 2024. The album's song "Still Burning" was ranked No. 42 in the UK Metal Hammer magazine's fan poll.
