The Cavalera brothers, Max and Igor, are well-known for their work in the early days of Sepultura, and last year they released their first album, "Schizophrenia" (1987). Last year, they re-recorded two of Sepultura's early masterpieces ("Bestial Devastation" and "Morbid Visions") to the delight of extreme metal maniacs around the world. This time, "Schizophrenia" will be re-recorded. Schizophrenia" was Sepultura's second full-length album, released in 1987. The album was a perfect combination of Andreas Kisser's traditional heavy metal background and Max and Igor's brutalism, and the band was signed to a major label, Roadrunner Records.With their next album, "Beneath the Remains" (1989), the band set out to conquer the world. It would be hard not to be excited by the prospect of reviving this classic album, which marked a major turning point for the band, in 21st century sound quality. In addition to Max (G, Vo) and Igor (Dr), this album was produced by the most powerful lineup: Igor Amadeus (B), the leader of Go Ahead And Die and Max's son, and Travis Stone (G) of Pig Destroyer. The band's production is of the 21st century, but they are not looking for a clean sound, and they have focused all of their energy on making the album more destructive. Fans of early Sepultura, as well as those who are listening to "Schizophrenia" for the first time, will be blown away by the sheer intensity of the music.
