From the fantastical tokusatsu series to the Shin series that has swept the film industry in recent years, the legendary British TV series that has had a huge impact on the world of "tokusatsu" has been revived in a completely new version, completely recreating the filming techniques of the time!Director Shinji Higuchi ("Shin Ultraman"), a big fan of the series, supervised the production of this special feature film, which consists of three episodes, a bridge video, and bonus footage. The dubbed version is performed by a splendid voice cast! The dubbed version features a cast of popular and talented voice actors including Hikari Mitsushima, Tomoyuki Morikawa, Satoshi Hino, Takahiro Sakurai, and Takuya Eguchi, who play Penelope.
