DICE FOR LIGHTS, THE SWING KIDS, and SPIDER CABINETS will release a 7" split record on 10/9 from RUDE RUNNER RECORDS! This is the latest in the PUNKABILLY SHAKES omnibus album series, which was released as a charity for the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, and was called for by Takeuchi, the wood bassist of DICE FOR LIGHTS. The first album, PUNKABILLY SHAKES THE WORLD, brought together PUNKABILLY bands from around the world. It became a hot topic not only in Japan but also in the world, and now it is difficult to obtain. The definition of PUNKABILLY is broadly defined as street music that has passed through ROCKABILLY and PSYCHOBILLY and mixed with PUNK and HARD CORE. When I look at the members who participated in PUNKABILLY SHAKES THE WORLD so far, it is DICE FOR LIGHTS, STOMPIN' BIRD including THE SWING KIDS, ROBIN, cold kogarashi, THE -> CHINA in Japan WIFE MOTORS, DOLPHIN KICK, THE SUGAR NUTS, TOSHI-LOW (BRAHMAN), Yoshiya (RADIOTS), THE PEACOCKS, THE CREEPSHOW, THE SEWER RATS, BANANE METALIK, etc. in the world, As defined above, a wide range of varied and powerful members have participated in this project. An omnibus featuring many Japanese bands entitled "PUNKABILLY SHAKES JAPAN" has also been released. This is the first 7" release in the PUNKABILLY SHAKES series, and three bands have included new songs for this release. From the information above
