The HD remastering of all 56 episodes was achieved by scanning the HD negatives from the negative films, resulting in an unprecedented high quality Blu-ray release! The enclosed bonus commentary includes a special interview with Ippei Kuri, who planned and designed the characters for the series. The series is still very popular even 40 years after its first broadcast, and a new "MUTEKING THE DANCING HERO" is currently being broadcast from October 2021. The new "MUTEKING THE DANCING HERO" has been airing since October 2021. It is one of Tatsunoko Production's most popular hero gag animation!
