Thunder Force V" (1997) is the fifth title in the hit shooting game series "Thunder Force" created by the legendary popular software maker "Technosoft" and the first to be released in 3D. This album includes all songs from the original Sega Saturn version and the ported version, "Thunder Force V Perfect System" (1998). The BGM that continues to attract many fans today has been remastered from the original album source for the SS version and from the original source before conversion for the PS port, respectively, to create a complete 2-CD set that includes all the tracks. In addition, the Special Bonus Tracks on Disc-I [M01~05], which can only be heard on this album, are the music of your dreams, "What if "Thunder Force V MD" had been released on the Mega Drive? Sound creator Kudo Koseioki (M2 Inc.) has created the music of your dreams! The FM sound source of the Mega Drive and the DCSG are used to reproduce the ultimate sequence of events up to the clearing of the first stage, allowing you to pseudo-experience a game that does not exist through music. The booklet also includes comments from Mr. Naosuke Arai, former head of Techno Soft's development office, as well as Mr. Kudo Kohki and others.
