Description:
From a solo exhibition concert held in Komae City, where Teizo Matsumura lived and loved with his family. Matsumura's compositions for children have not been in the spotlight until now, but they are melodious little gems. The "Hibari Children's Choir," which had a close relationship with Matsumura, performed them with beautiful and clear voices. This is a live recording from the 4th concert "From Komae to the World Teizo Matsumura" by "Apsaras," a group formed by Teizo Matsumura's disciples and people closely related to him. As a bonus track, "Two Lullabies to Greece," which Matsumura himself had performed and recorded before his death, is included. Takashi Yanase commented on the 2013 concert, "Singing the songs in concert makes my heart flutter like meeting my first love," and conductor Toru Sakakibara said, "I have a responsibility to recommend this concert to those who have not experienced it yet. Three Shells also recommends the wonderful music of Teizo Matsumura! We would like to give you a short guide to some of the points worth mentioning. The theme song of the movie "Boku ga tori ni narara narara" composed by Teizo Matsumura for Osamu Minagawa's solo and Hibari Children's Chorus was recorded for the first time on stage and performed again since the recording of the song.Terayama (Morisaki), a younger brother of Shuji Terayama, was also a member of Terayama's theatrical troupe "Ceiling Plank" and narrated "When I Become a Bird". 3] A Phantom Chorus piece by Teizo MatsumuraThis is a recording of the first full-scale performance of a work that Teizo Matsumura had written, in no small part, for textbooks and other publications. The humor and pathos of the work with poems by such great poets as Mado Michio and Yanase Takashi are a must-hear! A message from Takashi Yanase, the composer of the choral music. It was a long time ago, so my memory is hazy, but I was really surprised when Mr. Teizo Matsumura, a professor of composition at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, suddenly came to my place of work, saying that he wanted to compose several pieces from my poetry collection "Beloved Poems". I was really surprised when he suddenly came to my workplace and said that he wanted to compose some songs from my collection of poems, "Beloved Poems. (Takashi Yanase)
